    • Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed.

    • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

    • The Emergency Readiness Station is intended to support household preparedness and does not guarantee protection from all emergencies.

    • Product substitutions of equal or greater quality may occasionally be necessary.

    • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Customers agree to provide safe and unobstructed access for delivery and installation.

    • Where applicable, third-party products may be covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties.

    • Future Proof Home Resilience's liability is limited to the purchase price of the Emergency Readiness Station to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of the time of purchase.

    Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to help cover payment processing fees, component procurement, assembly preparation, administrative processing, and reserved production time. The remaining 90% of the purchase price will be refunded to the original method of payment.

    After 48 hours, orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • SECURE ONLINE CHECKOUT

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    Orders are accepted once payment has been processed.

    GST, PST, Local Delivery, and Installation - INCLUDED.

  • Delivery and installation are included within Nanaimo and areas between Ladysmith and Qualicum Beach.

    An estimated delivery timeline of 4–6 weeks allows flexibility for third-party component availability, production, and shipping.

    Future Proof Home Resilience will contact you at least three (3) days in advance to arrange a convenient delivery and installation time.

    An adult 18 years of age or older must be present at the delivery address to receive the Emergency Readiness Station and allow the installation to be completed.

    Please ensure that safe and unobstructed access is available to the installation location before the scheduled delivery.

  • Product Variations

    Product substitutions of equal or greater quality may occasionally be necessary based on supplier availability while maintaining the overall functionality and preparedness objectives of the Emergency Readiness Station.

    Manufacturer Warranties and Third-Party Products

    The Future Proof Emergency Readiness Station includes products manufactured by a variety of third-party companies. Individual components, such as the portable power station and other equipment, may be covered by their own manufacturer's warranty.

    Future Proof Home Resilience is committed to the professional assembly, inspection, and delivery of the Emergency Readiness Station.

    Any applicable manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the original manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's terms, conditions, and warranty procedures.

    Product specifications, features, warranty coverage, and availability are determined by the respective manufacturers and may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable, Future Proof Home Resilience reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product of comparable quality and functionality to maintain the overall performance and preparedness objectives of the Emergency Readiness Station.

  • Future Proof BC collects only the information necessary to:

    • process your order

    • communicate regarding your purchase

    • arrange delivery and installation

    • meet legal accounting and tax requirements

    Reasonable safeguards are used to protect customer information.
