Where does Future Proof currently deliver?
When your Emergency Readiness Station is complete, a time will be scheduled at least 3 days prior to delivery within Nanaimo and areas between Ladysmith and Qualicum Beach.
How long does delivery take?
Current estimated delivery time is approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase to allow for the procurement, arrival, and assembly of the more than 170 components included in each Emergency Readiness Station.
Is GST, PST, delivery and installation included?
Yes. GST, PST, delivery to Nanaimo and areas between Ladysmith and Qualicum Beach, in-home placement, and set up are included with your Emergency Readiness Station purchase.
Where should the station be placed?
The Emergency Readiness Station is designed for convenient placement within a home or business, such as a designated bedroom, office, living room, or utility area. For best results, the station should be located in an area that is easily accessible during power outages in particular, however built-in wheels allow the station to be repositioned as needed.

How many products are included within the Emergency Readiness Station?
Each Emergency Readiness Station contains over 170 carefully selected products designed to support household preparedness, comfort, communication, lighting, backup power, air quality, sanitation, first aid, food and water support, and emergency organization during outages and other events.
Can this Station help support indoor air quality during wildfire smoke events?
The Emergency Readiness Station includes an integrated air filtration system utilizing a MERV 13 filter, activated charcoal filtration, UV-C air treatment, and a high-efficiency inline fan designed to help filter smoke, dust, allergens, viruses, and odours quickly and efficiently during periods of reduced air quality.
Is there a way to recharge the battery?
In addition to plugging into a wall outlet, the Emergency Readiness Station includes a deployable 170 W solar panel (stored on the rear of the station) that is designed to support renewable backup charging for the integrated 1100 Wh energy system.
How many days of food and water are included?
The Emergency Readiness Station contains approximately 72 hours of food and stored fresh water intended for drinking, food preparation, and basic hygiene needs, along with water purification tablets and a personal water filtration straw to provide additional emergency water support and redundancy.
What type of safety equipment is included?
The Emergency Readiness Station contains a wide range of safety and preparedness equipment including emergency lighting, backup communications, advanced air filtration, first-aid supplies, emergency tools, backup power support, fire safety equipment, monitoring systems, and other carefully selected household preparedness products designed to help households remain safe, connected, and organized during unexpected events.
